From the beautiful Island of P.R.

What's going on my people?  It has been a long time, since I wrote. Please accept my apologies.  So we been here for almost 2 month. Things are good.  I have been working at the restaurant for a month now and  I pretty much know how to cook almost everything.

I also started as a Youth Pastor for the San Juan Corp last week. So I get up at 4:30am to be at work at 6:00am (it takes like 45 mins to get there) I usually work till 2:00pm and then I go home, change and go to church.  I'm only working 3-4 days out of the week at the restaurant, but that is more than enough.

At the Corp we only have 4 kids and 4 teens. I'm planning to start new programs and change things around. The congregation is an older congregation, almost all the people that were here when we were here 15 years ago, are still here.  That is great, but people like this usually don't like change. The congregation on Sundays is around 30-40 people, so is not too bad.

I got involved in the divisional worship team here. I'm also teaching Mime at something like Yam and I'm in charge of making up all the Dramas and Mimes for Youth Councils. A little busy, but that is how I like it. So please pray for my wife and me.

Tabethia  is doing good. She is trying to learn spanish.  She understand alot. But is nervous to speak it.  But she's trying. The other day, I send her to the store to go buy groceries by her self, and she wasn't too happy, but she did it and everything was fine. Today she went to pick her class for school. So she will be starting soon. She is  also looking for a Job. She has send her resume to a couple of places.  Hopefully she will get a job, but is hard if you don't speak Spanish.

Hope you are all doing well and Know that we miss you.

P.R.

What's up my people?  Sorry, I know its been 4-ever, since I last updated.  Well, since the cat is out of the bag, i guess I can share the news with everyone.  So my wife and I are moving to Puerto Rico.  I'm going to go open up a restaurant.  Well, it's not so much a resturant, but a rotisserie.  A friend of mine owns the franchase, which is huge in PR and is willing to teach me the whole business .  Since I only have a year left in school, I'm going to finish it there.  They also have tri-semesters in english , which my wife is going to do.  We are really looking forward going to a warm place, cause this cold weather is killing me. Any WHO!!! please pray for us, as we take this new step in our lives.

9/11

I came upon this 2 days ago and it really touched me, so I want to share it with you. It's about 9/11

You say you will never forget where you were when you heard the news on September 11, 2001.

Neither will I.

I was on the 110th floor in a smoke filled room with a man who called his wife to say, "Good-bye."

I held his fingers steady as he dialed

I gave him the peace to say, "Honey, I am not going to make it, but it is OK...I am ready to go."

I was with his wife when he called as she fed breakfast to their children.

I held her up as she tried to understand his words and as she realized he wasn't coming home that night.

I was in the stairwell of the 23rd floor when a woman cried out for Me for help. "I have been knocking on the door of your heart for 50 years!" I said, "Of course I will show you the way home - only believe in Me now."

I was at the base of the building with the Priest ministering to the injured and devastated souls. I took him home to tend to his Flock in Heaven. He heard my voice and answered.

I was on four of those planes, in every seat, with every prayer. I was with the crew as they were overtaken. I was in the very hearts of the believers there, comforting and assuring them that their faith has saved them.

I was in Texas, Kansas, London. I was standing next to you when you heard the terrible news. Did you sense Me?

I want you to know that I saw every face. I knew every name - though not all know Me. Some met me for the first time on the 86th floor.

Some sought Me with their last breath.

Some couldn't hear Me calling to them through the smoke and flames; "Come to Me...this way...take My hand." Some chose, for the final time, to ignore Me.

But, I was there.

I did not place you in the tower that day. You may not know why, but I do. However, if you were there in that explosive moment in time, would you have reached for Me?

September 11, 2001 was not the end of the journey for you. But someday your journey will end. And I will be there for you as well. Seek Me now while I may be found. Then, at any moment, you know you are "ready to go."

I will be in the stairwell of your final moments.

Remember...I love you.

The cool thing is that this semester I am taking Gross Anatomy, so I get to mess with some cadavers. So that should be cool, a little freaky, but cool.

BAT

What's up my people? Long time, since we last talked. Well, things are good.  TAM was great. Since I got the opportunity to take the kids (sorry TEENS or Young Adults) from our division, it gave me a chance to really get to know must of them, which was really cool.  My mime group was pretty good. There were some times during the week, where I was really stressing out. I didn't think that we were going to finish on time, but God helped us out and everything was fine. There's a lot that I could tell you, but I really don't have the time right now. If you want to know more about the week, just ask me and I'll tell you.

Moving on, the other day I was coming out of my apartment when all of the sudden I saw this black figure on the curtain down the hallway. I got close and there he was, hanging upside down sleeping.

I picked him up and let me tell you, he was not happy that I woke him up. He tried to bit me, but I was too quick for him.  He had a pretty nice set of teeth. Anyways, after taking some pics. I placed him in a dark place inside the garage.

Well I have to get going. Talk to ya later.
